We are the Bath Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join us for a charming walk along riverside paths and ancient lanes, through farmland, woods, and villages full of lovely stone buildings.
Bring a drink and a light picnic lunch for two short stops along the route.
Long trousers advisable as one path is overgrown. If you have them, walking poles would be helpful for a short muddy downhill section.
Optional refreshments at the Boathouse pub at the end of the walk.
Unless you will be leaving the Park and Ride site by bus, you will need to pay £2 parking fee to park for up to 24 hours. The fee can be paid before you arrive, (via the MiPermit website or app), when you arrive, (using your mobile), or when you get home (via the MiPermit website or app).
Meet outside the Toilet Block at Car Park A at Newbridge Park and Ride, Newbridge Road, Bath BA1 3NB. There is a 20p charge to use the toilets.
