Overview

Roads to Rome (London)

Walking the City of London 'Roads to Rome' walk but starting from Waterloo station.  The Romans left Londinium over 2000 years ago, but they left a lot behind for us to see.  The Mithraism Temple beneath Bloombergs HQ, Roman city wall remains, and the remains of the Roman Amphitheatre beneath the Guild Hall Art Museum.  

Picnic lunch and/or lunch/drink in Leadenhall Market place.  Opt out stations Bank, Tower Hill, St Pauls
