Overview

From Sarratt we cross fields and Commonwood Common to a lovely part of Chipperfield Common. We will stop here for a short time by the Apostles Pond. Then we go down to Belsize village and up to Rosehall Wood, where we follow the Chiltern Way through Dawes Common and Sandfield Wood before dropping back to Sarratt. This is fairly short walk for a December afternoon and there should not be too much mud, however a walking pole is advisable.
