Overview

We start by walking along the canal path between the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal and the River Severn, passing the  'hulks’ graveyard', to the swing bridge at Purton.  We will then walk across the fields with spectacular views of the Severn and on to Sharpness Docks.

We can all enjoy a drink at the Social Club after the walk.

Likely to be muddy so wear suitable walking boots and bring sticks if you use them.
