We are the Exeter and District Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Walk in association with the Dartmoor Preservation Association.
The walk will be a linear walk taking in the historic points of interest, some connections to Dartmoor, including Royal William Yard, The Hoe and finishing at the Barbican. There will also be links to Napoleon, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and the Pilgrim Fathers. 4/5 miles.
As the walk will take around three/four hours we will have a picnic lunch stop somewhere along the way.
If there is enough interest may look to book a tour at a party rate of the Plymouth Gin Distillery.
Booking with the leader, preferably by email, is essential for this walk.
