The venue for the Sunday Christmas lunch will be Pitbauchlie House Hotel on Sunday 15th December.
The price for the lunch is £36.75. (an increase of £1.75 on last years) We will be arranging a tip for the staff (as before) which will be collected after the meal ( I will arrange collection and suggest £3.00 per person but more if you feel like it )
The hotel is requesting a £10.00 per person non refundable deposit which must be paid no later than Thursday 31st October October. Can you please email Teresa (who has kindly volunteered to help with this) at tcoulter43@hotmail.com or text on 07568390407 to confirm that you have forwarded your payment.
Payment should be made to the Ramblers bus account. Please include your name and Xmas in the description – e.g. SMITHM Xmas dep. Details for paying the remaining balance will be sent in due course.
Please note Bus pick up points and times are the same as any Sunday and as usual there will be a short festive walk (Santa hats, earrings, tinsel are optional ) and for members not doing the walk the bus will take you to Dobbies Garden Centre in Dunfermline where there is a nice cafe. When the walk is finished the bus will collect the walkers en-route to the Hotel.
As in previous years, the hotel is providing a room for the ladies to make themselves even more beautiful and the men will have the bus to change into their party outfits.
Travel by private bus. Numbers will be restricted.
NOTE: No Bus booking as those who have booked with organiser will have a seat on the bus
Travel to start of walk by private bus. Pick up points in Cumbernauld: 8:50am - Craiglinn Roundabout Bus Stop 8:55am - Condorrat Main Road Bus Stop. 9.00 am - Park at car park for Cumbernauld New Town Hall, Bron Way, Cumbernauld G67 1DZ Then make your way to the bus stop on Bron Way (left out car park) (see map) **** Bus back at Cumbernauld approximately 6pm. ****
