Shorter autumnal walk

A shorter walk today at a casual pace stepping out from Meldreth over the Chiswick end fields towards Melbourn and around to the peaceful Stockbridge Meadows. Let’s stop here for a cuppa and shortbread break before walking along the tiny lanes to Melbourn church, then over the fields and under the A10 into the Meldreth paths along the river Mel.

If you’d like a drink and a chat afterwards we can stroll along the Mel footpath to the British Queen pub, don’t forget there’s a lovely gift shop behind the Queen to wander through.
