We will head from the Plume of Feathers pub across the fields towards Pinchgut Hall. Before we get there we will turn right and skirt round the edge of Snailswell, head towards New Ramerick farm in the direction of Arlesey. We will take a permissive path towards Ickleford Common and follow the River Hiz as far South as Lower Green (along part of the Hicca Way). We will skirt round the Lavender Farm at Cadwell, and take the bridleway towards Wilbury Hill, and then back to Ickleford along the Icknield way trail.
