Overview

Starting at the Workhouse (National Trust) we walk around Southwell using tracks and footpaths  including the Robin Hood Way, and the Southwell Trail, visiting the villages of Edingley and Halam. We finish by visiting Southwell Minster (time permitting).

This walk is mainly along good paths with a little quiet road walking. There are a couple of slight uphills, but otherwise flat. 
The National Trust car park is free, but doesn’t open until 10.15/10.30, and closes at 4pm. 
Some paths may be muddy after rain, so strong boots/shoes are advisable. Please bring sufficient food and drink.
