We will start at Staple Village Hall. (Small donation required for parking).
The walk is fairly flat with only gentle inclines. We will cross fields but will also walk along some lanes. Part of the route will take us along the Serpentine Walk at Goodnestone.
Lunch stop planned for 45 minutes in Goodnestone. There is a pub and the Old Dairy Café there, but the Fitzwalter Arms will not be serving food on that day. It should be possible to buy a drink. The café may be busy, so it is best to bring your own lunch; there are places to sit in the churchyard.
