Come and see a wicked witch's dell, picnic by an ancient castle, and enjoy a quick drink in a pub dating back to the 16th century. Later, you can admire a 43-bedroom mansion, and a church with a treasure trove of William Morris stained-glass windows. Finally, you'll walk by a rare chalk stream on the Hertfordshire Way.
