Overview

This will be a moderate-paced walk, with some hilly sections and muddy stretches. Half-way round, we stop at the ancient church of St. Botolph in Swyncombe, where we should see a carpet of snowdrops in the churchyard.

Tea and cakes will be available to purchase at the church (bring cash). There will not be a lunch stop.

We return across parts of The Ridgeway and Icknield Way.

There are no toilets at the start, but there are public toilets in Church Street at the bottom of the High Street.
