Overview

Catch the 10.24 train from Plymouth(or intermediate stations) to Calstock for a beautiful journey along the Tamar (or meet at Calstock station at 10.57 if you prefer to drive) Following paths through Cotehele woods to enjoy the Autumn colour, passing by Cotehele House and play park to arrive at Cotehele Quay for picnic lunch or pasties from the cafe. Return to Calstock via a lower path before continuing along  the river to explore Okel Tor Mine and loop back to Calstock and the pirate ship en route to the station for 15.36 train home ( possibility of catching 13.36 train and omitting final section of the walk if the weather is bad)
