Overview

From the car park, which is free, we walk through the village, then along tracks, paths and lanes and into the Cotehele estate. Through woodland and then to Cotehele Quay for our coffee/tea break, (public toilets available here.) Continue through Cotehele, to the Danescombe valley and the hamlet of Danescombe. Lunch stop by the old paper mill there. Then through field paths and lanes to Metherell and back to St Dominick.

No doubt there will be mud along the way.

Option of calling in at the "Who'd of Thought it " pub in St Dominick, (just a very short drive from the Church car park), for refreshments at the  end of the walk.
