Overview

This circular walk includes sections of the River Thames and the Jubilee River, as well as a few glimpses of Dorney Lake and views over Dorney Wetlands.

We will pause early on for elevenses at Ray Mill Island, where there is a café selling hot drinks, ice creams, snacks etc., and allow time to look around before we continue. There will also be a lunch stop later in the walk; please bring a packed lunch and plenty of water.

Meet at Taplow station in time for a 10:15am start. If travelling from Reading, the 09:57 Elizabeth Line service will get you there in time. Paid parking is available at the station (£2.70), or you may be able to find free on-street parking nearby (please check signage and park considerately).
