Overview

Starting from Tring Park, we'll make our way to Aldbury for our picnic lunch, enjoying some fine views of the countryside en route. After lunch, we'll take the Ridgeway past Aldbury Nowers nature reserve before descending to the Grand Union Canal for a short stretch, then back into Tring Park.

The High Street in Tring is still closed. If driving along the A41, continue to the exit for Dunstable, Wendover, Tring. Take the B4635 to Tring, past the 'Road Closed' sign. After about 1 km,  fork right into Park Road - as indicated by the temporary 'Access to Akeman Street' sign - leading to the museum.
