This is a circular coastal and woodland walk along sandy beaches and woodland / farm tracks.
There are views to Dunbar over the Tynemouth Bay, the Firth of Forth to the Bass rock and Isle of May and an opportunity to visit the smallest harbour in Scotland near Seacliff Beach.
Some paths could be muddy. Tree root trip hazards. Beach and farm road/tracks all very quiet.
Needing to cross two burns, one will require waterproof boots, the other is a small jump. None are difficult.
Bring a small towel.
