Overview

A walk along a part of the so-called 'Golden Ridge', which runs between Swindon and Oxford, with the Thames on one side and the Vale of the White Horse on the other, through the villages of Littleworth, Buckland, Hinton Waldrist and finishing at Southmoor. The Ridge provides paths which are generally sandy and well drained. We will stop for a snack along the way and return to Faringdon on the S6 bus. Vale Walk Leader GL 07816 039807
