We will follow the Hertfordshire Way to Sacombe Park, and then on to Sacombe Church for elevenses. Our approach to the Church will be from Sacombe village rather than from the park. We return to Wadesmill via Low Wood, Marshall's Lane, and the side of The Bourne. The Bourne being one of Hertfordshires mini canyons.
The route includes three short but fairly steep climbs, and one steep decent Some of the paths may be muddy.
For those seeking refreshments after the walk, the Feathers pub should be open.
