We are the Hike Essex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Join Nicola for an evening walk through a few of the smaller woods in Brentwood.
There will be a pub visit toward the end of the walk if anyone wants to join us.
The ground is still soggy so please wear appropriate footwear.

This is a WalkMyWay walk. Short, introductory walks encouraging people to relax and join in in their own area. After a day's work, group walking is a great way to de-stress and meet new people.
My walks will be in the Colchester area, usually Wednesday evenings around 7. So keep an eye out. We are hoping to create different walking hubs around the county as momentum builds.
WalkMyWay walks are also a good introduction to walk leading. If you have a walk you know and love that you would like to lead, anywhere in Essex, contact walks@hikeessex.org.uk. We can support you all the way.
Meet at the main entrance to the station. Car parking is available in the station car park on the opposite side of the road. Access to the car park is via the road next to the Premier Inn.
