A gradual walk up to The Hale following The Ridgeway which takes us up into the woods and out again. We have our half time break in fields having done our ascent. Great views back towards Wendover, and across to Wendover Woods. We then pick up the Outer Aylesbury Ring which is adjacent to the road. This takes us gently back down to the start.
One stile
Coming from Wendover Town Centre find South Street and turn off shortly after the KIng and Queen pub into a minor lane called Witchell. The Witchell Ground is a free car park where there is a cricket green and recreation ground.
