Overview

After a short but steep ascent up Gray Hill where there are excellent views of the Channel. Here we will rest and take an early coffee break.

We then head across fields and a lush valley to reach Earlswood. Here we will lunch in the grounds of a chapel built in the 18th century.

We then head into Wentwood forest and our return journey will be along forest tracks to the car park.
