We are the North Dorset Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
We will meet at the Old Brewery car park, Gillingham at 09;30. Some cars will take walkers to the start of the walk and park at Kington Magna near the church. So please let Martin know when you sign up how many seats you have or if you plan to car pool. (He will TRY to plan vehicle assignments in advance and let everyone know).
The walk is mostly downhill along minor roads and paths. Many of the paths have been newly cleared but expect an occasional wobbly stile.
The walk will end at Gillingham station (where we started all those months ago) and we will then walk via Whistley Wood to the Old Brewery for lunch. So the total walk will be approximately 7 miles.
Bring coffee.
Not suitable for dogs.

Martin needs to let them know lunch choices around 3 days in advance. So please make a deadline for signing up end of business on Saturday (Sept 7) and let him know your choice at the same time. Anyone who would like just the walk, or just the lunch, please also let Martin know. Lunch will be around 14h00.
After Lunch those who parked at KM will be taken back to their cars.
