We are the Rutland Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

We’ll walk north towards Rutland Water crossing the railway line and the River Chater. A quiet road will be followed into Lyndon where we take to the fields to return to Wing.
The walk follows the Leicestershire & Rutland Ramblers Area AGM.
Dogs are welcome on this walk, with the proviso that they are on leads at all times.
Given the time of year there will be some mud and the use of gaiters and walking poles is recommended. We expect the walk to take approximately 2 hours.
Please consider car sharing arrangements with other members to reduce the pressure on parking spots at the start of the walk.
In the event of severe weather, please contact the leader on the day of the walk to check the walk is still on.
