Don your Christmas hats and join Eleanor and Sandra for a winter solstice morning walk around our local area. We’ll be gathering outside the Anchor Inn at Wyre Piddle WR10 2JB ready to start the walk promptly at 10am.
The 6 mile route will take us down George Lane and across the A44 to skirt around the Pershore lagoons, then on to Hill and Moor. On the ridge, we will stop to partake of some Festive cheer – Madeira and mince pies! The return route will follow the Shakespeare Way back to the start.
Dogs on short leads through out the walk please. There are some stiles on the walk and it is likely to be muddy and wet under foot.
Carry your own first aid kit, emergency details and arrive with time to complete the walk register.
