Overview

Witney Lake and Country Park, Market Square (Heart of Town), Cogges Village and River Windrush.

Witney was famous for the production of woollen blankets, although its mills have now closed.

Ducklington is well known for the meadows near the church where snakes head fritillaries grow in abundance in the spring.

A varied and interesting walk.
