We are the Oxon Weekend Walkers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Starting in Charlbury we will pass through Chilson, Wychwood Forest and Finstock. There are great views of the Evenlode Valley and rolling countryside along the way. Expect some mud but hopefully not too much standing water. Train users please wait on the road (B4437) outside the station and we will collect you shortly after the start of the walk.
Bring a packed lunch and drinks.
Walking boots are essential, as well as gaiters/waterproofs depending on the weather.
Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
Meet in the Spendlove Centre car park behind the Co-op on Browns Lane/Enstone Road Charlbury. If the car park is full please park considerately on nearby streets.
