A lovely countryside walk from Ball Grove Park to the Atom panopticon which is on the hillside overlooking the very pretty Wycoller village within Wycoller Country Park.
October can be very unpredictable so come prepared for the forecast conditions, most particularly footwear as ground can be muddy.
Bring a packed lunch and drink as refreshments are not encountered en route.
This is a designated conservation area so dogs on a lead please.
Meet in the main car park for Ball Grove Park, off the Keighley Road in Colne, taking Ball Grove Drive onto Spring Garden. Ample parking available.
