Footpath Maintenance

Our busy Footpath Maintenance Team, working in conjunction with the Highways department of Staffordshire County Council, regularly go out to repair/replace footpath furniture and clear away overgrowth mostly within Cannock Chase AONB.

Dog-friendly walks

The Walsall group has a programme of walks aimed at members with dogs.  They will be reasonably local to Walsall.  Dogs other than assistance dogs will continue not to be permitted on weekend walks.  The Stourbridge, East Staffordshire and Telford groups also hold occasional walks on which dogs are permitted by prior arrangement with the leader.

Litter Picking

The group occasionally organises litter-picking sessions along rights of way in Walsall Borough.
