Overview

There are several different routes that the walk leader Tony has planned for this group. Low/ Medium intensity, very sociable and super enjoyable for all.
Everyone of all abilities is welcome and the walks are planned so that everyone can participate.
Walks can sometimes be through the town centre and some through local parks. There may be some inclines but there is no rush and the group only go as fast as the slowest person.
Please do wear suitable shoes and clothing.
