Overview

Our weekly Wednesday walks are short, gentle walks. They are social and friendly and we go at the right pace for the group. If you want to start increasing your exercise or are recovering from illness, these walks might be just right. The walk is no longer than an hour.

On the third Wednesday of the month we meet at the bus station, and walk along the river or the canal. Sometimes we'll take a short bus journey. Each week we finish with a cuppa.
