Welcome to the East Hants Heart group wellbeing walk!

These walks are different to our other wellbeing walks as they are for members of the East Hants Heart Group (EHHG) and are aimed at people with heart conditions. Membership of EHHG is free. If you are not a member of EHHG and would like to join us on the walk please contact Terri to register on 07854 848201 or by email: terribryant@btinternet.com, by Sunday 7th January 2024.

Suitable for scooters and wheelchairs. No toilets at the meeting place but there are toilets in the Pavilion in King George V Playing Field (about 6-7 minutes away, or in the White Hart Public house. Refreshments, if required, are available in the Harvest Home or White Hart public houses, Southwick Road; or The Denmead Bakery or Barnards in Denmead Village Centre.
