Join Ramblers Wellbeing Walks Cornwall for short, local and accessible walks to help you get more active.
Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Come along and join us at Liskeard Leisure Centre every Wednesday on our Wellbeing Walk.
Walkers can meet at the Centre 10.15am, for walk to start at 10.30am.
Our Walks are low-level, lasting 30 - 45mins, and can suit all looking to start or maintain activity.
We will end our walks with the chance to have a natter and cuppa in the cafe.
Suitable footwear and clothing is required.
Remember to bring some water.
