The Man Down Walks

Join us for a series of monthly wellbeing walks for men, in partnership with the Man Down Project and Harrow Health Walks. These walks are designed to connect with nature, break down stereotypes, build connection and celebrate positive achievements. 

International Men's Day and Movember Walk: Sunday 17th November 2024

Join the Man Down Project for a men’s nature walk to mark International Men’s Day and Movember, to highlight men's health issues such as prostate cancer and mental health. The walk will include educational segments and opportunities for participants to share their experiences. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. Refreshments will be provided during the walk.
