The Man Down Walks

Join us for a series of monthly wellbeing walks for men, in partnership with the Man Down Project and Harrow Health Walks. These walks are designed to connect with nature, break down stereotypes, build connection and celebrate positive achievements. 

Men's Winter Walk: Sunday 8th December 2024

Join the Man Down Project for a men’s winter walk, raising awareness for combating seasonal affective disorder (SAD) and promoting the benefits of outdoor activities in winter. The walk will feature discussions on coping with the winter blues and maintaining mental health during the colder months. We encourage you to bring along your sons, cousins, uncles, fathers or even friends. Refreshments will be provided during the walk.
