About our group:
The North Hayling Wellbeing Walk group meet monthly, usually on the third or fourth Friday of the month. Our walks generally last an hour to an hour and a half at a gentle to moderate pace (around 2mph). We make use of various paths in North Hayling and the West Hayling Local Nature Reserve and aim to walk a different route each month, subject to weather and underfoot conditions.
