Overview

There are several different routes that the walk leader David has planned for this group. Slightly higher intensity than others but still enjoyable. Everyone of all abilities is welcome and the walks are planned so that everyone can participate. Walks can sometimes be through the town centre, others down by the beach/pier and some through local parks. There may be some inclines but there is no rush and the group only go as fast as the slowest person. This group usually walk slightly faster than some of the other walks on offer and cover more distance in 1 hour. Please do wear suitable shoes and clothing.
