Overview

Walking from the Library through the church-yard to the seafront, over the Shoreham Ferry bridge to the boardwalk along the beach to the Old Fort. This Fort also known as Shoreham Redoubt is a historical military defensive structure at the entrance to Shoreham Harbour at the mouth of the river Adur which was built in 1857.
Returning by the river to the Library for refreshments at a small charge for those that wish to join us.
This is a Level 2 walk.
