Overview

One of our walks is called “Bench to Bench, this is perfect for anyone who is wishing to get back into walking.  We start off at the Stapenhill Gardens Bandstand and then walk down an incline to the footpath passing the beautiful floral planted displays and the swan statue that has been a local landmark since 1953.  Continuing walking next to the River Trent we make our way to Stapenhill Hollows a large open green space with plenty of benches to sit and rest and take in the pretty surroundings.  All our walks are led by trained volunteer walk leaders and after they finish back at the Stapenhill Bandstand, the groups meet back up and pop over the road to the Stapenhill Institute for refreshments.
