A fun and low-intensity friendly walk in beautiful nature around the Harrow Recreation Ground for women, led by a local community group in partnership with Harrow Health Walks. Benches are available around the park if you need to rest. There is a toilet available in the Café. At the end of the 45 minute walk, there is an informal and fun "laughter for wellbeing" session for about 10-15 minutes. It is easy, low intensity and not compulsory. During the summer months we also practice our balance using the beams, for just a few minutes - not compulsory. Please wear comfortable trainers or walking shoes.
Please note, the walk on Wednesday 12th February will start slightly earlier. Please arrive for 12.25pm at the Seva Cafe as the walks start promptly.
The walk will return to a 1pm start next week.

It is best to arrive at least 10 minutes early as the walks leave promptly. Walk volunteers usually wear a hi-vis vest or backpack so that they are easily identifiable.
