Steps and Stories is a chance to discover the joy of audiobooks through Newcastle Libraries' Reading for Wellbeing Team's new audiobook walks.
Join a 1.5 mile walk at Havannah and Three Hills Nature Reserve. Discover a tranquil and diverse nature reserve including woodland, grassland, and wetlands, supporting a variety of wildlife such as red squirrels, deer, and numerous bird species.
Please note: there is no toilets at the park and there is no cafe within the park.
The whole walk is over forest tracks, which are uneven and muddy when wet. There is a stile on the this route. Therefore, this walk may not be suitable for those who use a wheelchair.
