Overview

We hope you can join us for a wander round Newburn Country Park.

The meeting point for this walk is outside Newburn Leisure Centre.

Situated on the North bank of the Tyne, close to Newburn, Tyne Riverside Country Park is formed from reclaimed industrial land, previously occupied by Isabella Colliery.

The walk is accessible and there will be benches to sit for a rest.

There are toilet's at The Keelman Pub and Hedleys Cafe.

Please feel free to join us for a drink and a chat after the walk.
