Join Margaret, Fiona and Chris for a walk along Sizewell Beach. The walk goes along a leafy lane, a cliff top path and on the beach. Spectacular views and atmosphere are guaranteed! They plan to walk along the shoreline north towards the edge of Minsmere to see how things are progressing for Sizewell C. Easy walking along the dunes and rerouted footpath past the power stations and the beach is mostly free of shingle.
The meeting point and parking is at Sizewell beach car park, IP16 4UH.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at all times. Refreshments are available to be purchased nearby and their are public toilets close by too.
Due to the terrain on this walk and a section of it being on the sand, this walk is not suitable for wheelchair users. This walk is not accessible via public transport.
You do not need to re-book for this walk you can just turn up. If this is your first Wellbeing Walk the walk leaders will ask you to complete a New Walker Registration Form before the walk starts.
