I’m no longer ducking behind a wall to pee, thanks to Jude supplements

For Louise, walking isn’t just a hobby; it’s a way of life. With her beloved cocker spaniels by her side, she loves nothing more than exploring the fells and dales of the North West and finding new hiking routes.

But three years ago, something changed that affected her love and freedom of walking.

1 in 3 people suffer with incontinence, often in silence.

Louise isn’t alone: urinary incontinence affects 1 in 3 people - particularly women - causing an involuntary loss of bladder control. Whilst common, leaks are rarely talked about - and because of the taboo around bladder weakness many people suffer in silence, limiting their lives and activities they love as a result.

For someone who thrives by being outdoors, Louise found the need to plan her activities around the nearest loo frustrating. Her favourite routes suddenly felt impossible unless she was able to pee discretely - fine if she was on her own, quite another if walking in a group. Determined not to give up on her passion, she started searching for solutions.

In April 2022, Louise discovered Jude’s Bladder Control Supplements after reading positive reviews and intrigued by the natural benefits it offered. Hoping that they could help, she gave the supplements a try.

Jude’s bladder control supplement is a powerful blend of pumpkin seeds and soy germ extract. They are clinically proven to target the root cause of bladder problems. They’ve been found to help women sleep through the night and significantly improve symptoms, such as leaks and urine urgency, in just 12 weeks.

“I noticed significant improvement within three months thanks to Jude Bladder Care,” Louise recalled. “And the longer I stayed on the capsules, the better it got. Now, over two years later, I can confidently say they’ve transformed my life.”

The supplements weren’t the only support Louise found. She joined the Jude and Friends Facebook group, Jude’s warm and welcoming community where members share advice, support, and encouragement. “The group has been invaluable. It’s not just about the capsules; it’s about learning to manage bladder health in a supportive environment,” she said.

Soon, Louise was able to return to the long walks she loves, and Pendle Hill - with its beautiful scenery and challenging hikes - became her training ground for conquering the Lake District’s Wainwrights.

The circular route from Barley village offers a mix of steep climbs and rewarding views, making it a favourite for hikers of all abilities. Louise encourages anyone visiting the area to give it a try. “It’s a tough but satisfying walk, and the views are stunning,” she said.

“Now I’m not constantly looking for something to pee behind, I’m enjoying long walks again,” says Louise. “It’s such a relief to focus on the scenery with my dogs rather than worrying about my bladder. Hiking is such an important part of my life, and I’m so thankful to Jude Bladder Care for helping me get back out there”
