A complete circumnavigation of Crowborough following interesting and varied ancient trackways and paths skirting and into the heart of the Ashdown Forest to Kings Standing where propaganda was broadcast to the Germans during WW11 and is the site of last nuclear bunker built by the Government in 1980s. Views across Ashdown Forest in either direct to the North and South Downs. Stop at Crow & Gate pub for drink en route.
