Pressendye is a superlative viewpoint, making a great destination for this circular walk from Tarland, signposted as the 'Skyline circuit'. The route is very varied, with fertile farmland, country roads and tracks, a moorland ridge and woodland paths.
The terrain consists of minor roads, tracks, heathery hill path - mostly waymarked, fairly gentle climbing to exposed summit.
The route is around 15km long with the highest point being an elevation of 600m. As we are young hearted souls, this should take circa 4.5hrs to complete.
