Hawick is a town in the Scottish Borders council area and historic county of Roxburghshire in the east Southern Uplands of Scotland. Lots of beautiful walking in the surrounding countryside.
Our coach from Newcastle will drop parties of walkers and leaders at their starting point and all walks will finish at our common destination. There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from. Details of the walks can be downloaded from the Wednesday Boulevard Coach section of the Tyneside website, usually from the Monday evening before. Copies will also be passed round the coach on the day.
Refreshments will be available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
Leaves from the National Express Coach Station, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4HF, at the bottom of St. James Boulevard and a short walk from Newcastle Central Station, very close to the Centre for Life.
