Wooler is a town in Northumberland, England. It lies on the edge of the Northumberland National Park, near the Cheviot Hills. It is a popular base for walkers and is referred to as the "Gateway to the Cheviots".
Our coach from Newcastle will drop parties of walkers and leaders at their starting point and all walks will finish at our common destination. There will be a choice of walks - graded Easy, Leisurely, Moderate and Strenuous for you to choose from. Details of the walks can be downloaded from the Wednesday Boulevard Coach section of the Tyneside website, usually from the Monday evening before. Copies will also be passed round the coach on the day.
Refreshments will be available at the end of the walks before the return to Newcastle.
