We are the South West Sussex Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

Duration: 5.5 hrs Distance: 13 miles. Ascent 288m / 945 ft. A part of the walk is on uneven ground. Dogs welcome, but they will need to be on a lead when walking along the road, at the start of the walk and in the field if there are sheep residing there.
We start at Goodwood Counters Gate, and then down to Charlton / Singleton. We then walk across to Westdean. We return to Levin Down, via North Down, before completing this circular route back to Counters Gate via East Dean.
Picnic lunch and two drink stops.
We will go through a field, where there maybe sheep. There are no stiles, or horses on this walk.

Meet: Counters Gate car park is on the road passing Goodwood Racecourse, towards the A285. It is about half a mile along, just past a bend to your right. If you come to a cross road you have gone too far. Turn back and the car park is 100 yards on your left.
