We are the Epsom and Ewell Group of the Ramblers
The walk will visit 8 of the existing 12 clumps of Scots pine trees that are in the Forest . A brief history will be given before the walk starts about these. It is proposed that I lead a walk next year, longer daylight hours, so that we can take in all 11 of the clumps, 14 miles.
Bring own coffee and packed lunch.

The starting car park is the visitor centre in Ashdown Forest on the Colman's Hatch / Ridge Road, A22 south to Wych Cross, turn left at the traffic lights towards Ashdown Park Hotel. Car park opposite. Car parking charges £5 per day, so suggest car sharing where possible. OS map Explorer 135.
